Elizabeth L. Krueger
Elizabeth L. Krueger has been practicing family and divorce law in DuPage County
for over 30 years.
In addition to her role as a lawyer, she is a registered nurse,
and has a degree in Professional Arts
with an emphasis on psychology. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the DuPage County Bar Association. She is also recognized
by the State of Illinois as a licensed mediator and is a court-appointed mediator for family issues. As a Wheaton, Illinois divorce mediation
lawyer, her philosophy is to use mediation when possible,
but litigate when necessary.

Thomas P. Miller
Thomas P. Miller graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Psychology and Political Science. He completed his Juris Doctor degree at the DePaul University College of Law in 2000. Since then, he has been practicing law, handling many negotiations, litigating intensive family law cases, as well as representing immigration clients. He immigrated from Poland as a child, his wife is from Spain, and they have a son. He is a member of the Illinois State, DuPage County, and Chicago Bar Associations, as well as the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is fluent in Polish and speaks basic Spanish.

The Staff
Raquel Smith is a graduate student at Loyola University-Chicago studying Business Law. She graduated from Roosevelt University with a bachelor's degree in professional studies and with a paralegal certificate. She has been working at the Law Office of Elizabeth L. Krueger since 2008. She loves spending time with her family and friends.
Amarto Bhattacharyya attends Yale University and is a political science major in the class of 2012. Before Yale, he attended Glenbard South High School in Glen Ellyn, IL. He is on the Executive Board of the Yale Mock Trial Association and was a captain on the Glenbard South Mock Trial Team that received 1st place in DuPage County and 2nd place in the state of Illinois.
